The end of May marks the 3 year anniversary of Poppy's heart transplant. So fun to celebrate the beautiful life of this little sweetheart. She has the most caring and handsome big brother Crosby and two of the kindest parents. I have so much love for the Dahls and wish you all the best in your new adventures. Can't wait to meet the newest addition this summer!
